Pros

DB is a global force with many roles HQ'd out of NY or London, although Frankfurt does poke its nose on a fairly regular basis. If you're the right fit, lots of opportunities to travel internationally and has a robust training/appraisal system. Good bonus structure (HR/Reward department)

Cons

Internal promotions can often be based on "jobs for the boys" rather than true merit, which can lead to frustration. Generally DB is seen as a stepping stone or lifer: you're either there for 3 or 4 years, or for 20+. Pay can be good at the outset but unless you're the chosen one(s), salary increments can be poor.
