      A lot of the people are smart. 5-6 weeks of vacation because the bank is European.

      Cons

      Terrible IT infrastructure and terrible atmosphere because all the employees are mad that no one is getting bonuses (except top management in Germany).

      cut throat, political, not flexible, back stabbing. FICC is horrible toxic environment
