We are so happy you enjoy the culture, other than the amazingly talented people it's my favorite part of being at Dev. On our growth, it is true, we are growing and with that you will continue to see changes. However, we are accountably optimistic that we will stay true to our core values and culture as we grow. We do not want to jeopardize our focus on people while we grow. We see growth as continuing to provide opportunities for team members and keeping the organization responsive to our team.
