Thank you so much for taking time to do a review. We appreciate all of the feedback especially glad to hear you would recommend the company. I would love to hear more about why you believe we "lay off employees pretty often." We actually only have had to lay off employees due to contracts ending and not having other positions that are a skill match for those employees. In all cases, we work with employees to try and find another position inside Dev Technology, in some cases we work with them to reskill so that they can qualify for another position. As long as we have positions available that match skillsets and the employee is a high performer, we do our best to retain our team members.
