The positives are all of the pros you mentioned which is the culture that we are proud of, while the negatives is the smaller portfolio of contracts that we have. To address your comment on pay, we do assess pay each year, specifically refreshing our pay brackets so that they are competitive with government contractors in the regions we support. Other sectors, may pay more, that is true. As far as complacency. Let's get you engaged more. It sounds like you appreciate the culture.
