Small company in government contracting - Senior UX Designer Dev Technology Group Employee Review

Thank you for your review. You are correct, we have not typically been a UX company, our work is typically full stack development. We are trying to learn and hiring employees who have those skill sets as we have clients who see value in UX. Unfortunately, right now, Federal contracting work has become unpredictable. Typically, we have consistent contracts that are 3 - 5 years in length and have the ability to recompete for them if there is a operations and maintenance opportunity.
