Pros
The work is fast-paced and interesting. In a few months, I've learned more than I have in four years of uni. The company culture is unmatched. Collaboration, creativity, and growth are all encouraged, if not needed. Employees are actively encouraged to learn new things and engage in discussions. DevRev has taken care to hire not only those who have skill/potential but those who will bring something positive to the culture. The people are genuine and kind. My suggestions (even as an early career SWE) have never been brushed off and when I ask for help, my coworkers go above and beyond to make sure I receive it. Everyone is also passionate about what they do and this inspires me to be passionate about my own work.
Cons
I personally don't view this as a con but to some it might be: Each day comes with new challenges and problems. The work is not "structured" like you would find at a traditional company but instead employees are encouraged to work collaboratively to find solutions.
