Pros

Amazing product and team members. The interview process was very long and thorough, but I truly appreciate it as it was a highly introspective and memorable experience. It also conveyed the values of the company, which have also been coherent in the rest of the communication and onboarding process.

Cons

None at all. The interview process was quite long, but I believe that is a highly valuable experience.

Pros

The vision and the set of people who did the initial planning and built the base was solid. Some really talented folks.

Cons

No proper execution, really poor coding practices due to just hiring juniors, no mentorship scope because there are no seniors to mentor, no respect / appreciation for people doing good work (they get frustrated and leave the company)
