Pros

The company's vision and product are truly groundbreaking, and I am genuinely proud to be a part of this journey. A culture of innovation is not just a buzzword here. Everyone is encouraged to think out of the box, challenge the norm, and bring new ideas to the table. And so, the opportunities have stretched me in various directions, both professionally and personally. The learning curve has been incredibly steep, but incredibly rewarding. I've grown more at DevRev than I ever thought possible in such a short span of time.

Cons

While I love the fast-paced nature, it might not be everyone’s cup of tea. It requires a strong growth mindset and a willingness to evolve quickly.

Pros

The vision and the set of people who did the initial planning and built the base was solid. Some really talented folks.

Cons

No proper execution, really poor coding practices due to just hiring juniors, no mentorship scope because there are no seniors to mentor, no respect / appreciation for people doing good work (they get frustrated and leave the company)
