Pros

They're a fast growing startup with a very friendly atmosphere. There's a lot of opportunity for growth, and they genuinely care about getting to know you as a candidate and as a person. Very nice people to work with and breakfast on office days. Their interview process includes a really well designed questionnaire with very interesting questions that help them understand your mindset.

Cons

The interview process was long, consisting of four interviews but it was particularly long as it was challenging to coordinate schedules due to the time difference between the teams in the USA and India. Additionally, they require two days a week in the office. The office is beautiful but located in Martinez, which could be far if you're not in the zone.

Dear DevReveler, Thank you for sharing your thoughts. It’s great to hear that you’re enjoying DevRev’s atmosphere, growth opportunities and values. Time zone differences can make scheduling tricky, and efforts are underway to improve that. The commute can also be tough, but it's great that you enjoy the office space. As a start-up, everyone plays a part in our journey, and your contributions are truly appreciated. You are welcome to connect with the PeopleOps Team whenever needed.

Pros

The vision and the set of people who did the initial planning and built the base was solid. Some really talented folks.

Cons

No proper execution, really poor coding practices due to just hiring juniors, no mentorship scope because there are no seniors to mentor, no respect / appreciation for people doing good work (they get frustrated and leave the company)
