Pros

The benefits and salary are top of the line. The people that work in the tower are the best and brightest in the industry. Fast paced and performance based. You are very well rewarded for delivering and meeting your goals

Cons

The pace lends its self to burn out. IT is moving to a open floor plan that is going to make the staff very unhappy. Moving 4 people to a cubicle that is currently the size of 2 people.

Cons

Teams are ofter spread out due to the physical layout of the buildings. This makes it extra challenging for newby employees.
