Salary vs hourly - Not In List As Usual Because I'm Hourly Devon Energy Employee Review

Hourly employees treated as 2nd class person, I have 20 yrs with this company I get 5 weeks vacation. If you are on salary you get 3 weeks vacation + 12 flex days to start out plus you can purchase vacation days. For example hourly people working 5 days a week must use a vacation day if you, your spouse or child have a medical appointment in Ed monton (I'm in the field)Great company if you are on salary and are an engineer otherwise not so good.
