Pros

The people are some of the best I've ever worked with, extremely bright and dedicated. Every day is interesting and challenging. The technology is great and getting better with every release. Employees are respected and valued and trusted to make good decisions without lots of oversight.

Cons

This is not a place for the faint of heart. The pressure of delivering hosted enterprise software can be intense at times.
