Pros

They have some good brands as direct clients. It gives you a good initial break, I would give 4 stars for that.

Cons

their marketing is so-so. I have the skill sets to find my own projects and that's what i did for 4 1/2 years. But the way the company makes you feels and the President talks is really horrible. -5 stars for that. Negotiating salaries with them, It feels like you are bargaining in a vegetable market. If you work here, don't expect to get a raise for at least 3 years. There are no appraisals. You can get a raise only if you glorify the President. If you try to fight for your rights, you will be threatened saying "I will deport you" or "I will revoke your H1B". There was a time when I I started having issues with them and the HR stopped giving me access to my paystubs thinking that I will go to another company. I asked for my H1 extension copy, they would not give it saying it is company property. I agree it is. But there should be trust between employer and employee. I know that a lot of employees have started leaving them for the purpose that they are not being treated well.

I do not recall any such event where we had any issue of salary raise or paystub. One can always look at LCA and other sources how competitive we are in salary. If he is rating us 1 star and writing so bad, why did he stay with us for 4.5 years. many competitors and ex-employees in the office who were caught red handed in stealing our business, is campaigning to ruin our name thru social media. If anyone need references, we can give the list of current employees as well ex-employees, whom they can get references. Glassdoor is NOT trustworthy as anyone can write any comments. ********************************************************************************* Glassdoor: I am pretty sure, the comments are not written by any of my employee who was with me for 4.5 years. Please verify the W-2/paystubs/H-1 (as this person mentioned).

Pros

great pay and decent benefits. great exposure to the role for a entry level position

Cons

only hire contractros and the ccompetition to get hired directly by the contracting company is intense. The contracting company also doesnt pay as well as the contractor company does.

Pros

The contract role is interesting and the people at the client company are nice, that’s the only positive thing Dew did, was connect me with them. And I have health insurance, another pro.

Cons

Shady and clueless. I had no idea who they were, had to look them up to make sure they were legit. They submitted my resume after I expressly said do not, I have never signed or agreed to their “Right to Represent”…I never actually spoke to the recruiter, it was all very transactional via email. They don’t care about you as a person/employee at all, they’re just a “body shop” and you’re an asset. I resent that this incredibly lame recruiter is getting a commission for literally doing nothing but sending a resume. This same recruiter has no experience recruiting for my vertical yet was telling me how to prepare for my interviews. Laughable. They also wanted to reduce my hourly rate (after I’d signed the contract) because I was opting in to insurance, separate/in addition to me paying my monthly insurance premiums. Huh? What? I don’t think so… They haven’t once contacted me since starting the assignment to check in. I have shared my thoughts with the client about how awful Dew is from a contractor perspective and that if they want the right kind of candidates in the future, they shouldn’t use Dew.
