Pros

no growth, no development, its a miser shop I had to beg to get my H1 B copy, no proper pay-stubs were given, pay-stubs access was not available multiple times. President will shout, talk rudely.

Cons

slavery culture, negative growth, bad president

I think this is the campaign run by the people who were let go from my office for stealing business and company money. Since they were caught red handed, out of shame they are using this media to denigrate us. we are a reputed well known company with a track record and taking care of employees, they think that by doing this new comers or unknown people will not join the company. I request glassdoor, please check the authenticity of the writer with paystub as anyone can write anything about anyone. ************************************************ Except those single digit people, you can contact not only current employees but ex-employees about me as well company. we have taken care of the employees. We have paid bench for 6 months to one year. we never delayed salary for last 17 years, since inceptions. I come from business background with ethics and honesty. we have trained the people in new technology. we have lots of initiative in career growth. we are partner with SCU, Cal Poly in imparting education in latest technology like IOT, Big data etc. *****************************************************

Pros

great pay and decent benefits. great exposure to the role for a entry level position

Cons

only hire contractros and the ccompetition to get hired directly by the contracting company is intense. The contracting company also doesnt pay as well as the contractor company does.

Pros

The contract role is interesting and the people at the client company are nice, that’s the only positive thing Dew did, was connect me with them. And I have health insurance, another pro.

Cons

Shady and clueless. I had no idea who they were, had to look them up to make sure they were legit. They submitted my resume after I expressly said do not, I have never signed or agreed to their “Right to Represent”…I never actually spoke to the recruiter, it was all very transactional via email. They don’t care about you as a person/employee at all, they’re just a “body shop” and you’re an asset. I resent that this incredibly lame recruiter is getting a commission for literally doing nothing but sending a resume. This same recruiter has no experience recruiting for my vertical yet was telling me how to prepare for my interviews. Laughable. They also wanted to reduce my hourly rate (after I’d signed the contract) because I was opting in to insurance, separate/in addition to me paying my monthly insurance premiums. Huh? What? I don’t think so… They haven’t once contacted me since starting the assignment to check in. I have shared my thoughts with the client about how awful Dew is from a contractor perspective and that if they want the right kind of candidates in the future, they shouldn’t use Dew.
