Pros

One needs to speak in the past tense while addressing the Pros. There used to be friendly management, they used to have good marketing, they used to have good opportunities.

Cons

All their good and productive management team have gone. The company is full of Cons, that's why they have so many Cons. I had worked here for just one project. They are just a bunch of goons. The President expects you to call him by the Suffix 'Ji', meaning respect when he is not worthy of it. CULTURE: Can be summed up in one word SAD Management: There used to be a great management team, but they moved out end of 2013. Since then it has been nothing short of a disaster. In fact the previous management was doing so good, that the current management shamefully, still uses their email ids to correspond to employees thinking that they will be able to retain employees. VISION: The President's vision is only to amass as much money from employees as possible and paying out as little as possible. PROCESS: There is no process in this company, everything happens and is controlled by one person, the President. MARKETING: Hopeless COMPENSATION: Head of the company is a miser. Enough said. PRACTICES: They boast of doing training and partnerships etc. But at the end of the day, they want you to fake your resume. They bring students from substandard universities and train them in Big Data, Salesforce, IOT and exploit the fact that the industry needs people and the students need a job. My wife recently was given training in Android. We paid money for the training, but there were no opportunities. The Management asked her to show 5 years Android apps development experience. When she was reluctant, the President called me and said that if you don't add experience to your resume, you will not get a job. But when we paid for the training they told us that she can get opportunities as a fresher. Their training is only an eyewash. Their syllabus and partnership with Santa Clara University was very inviting, so my wife went and registered without telling them that she was my wife. I thought that we could give it another chance, but no difference. they are still the same company and have the same practices. ETHICS & INTEGRITY: By now you must already know. Fill up the Blanks ______. OPPORTUNITIES: LOL!!!

First lie is we never ever charged a fee for training from Employee, there spouse, friends and referrals. If you are employee, please send the proof that we even charged a single penny from you. We have sponsored all our employees, ex-employees and their spouses. The old Management was fired for diverting company business to their own company. Getting paid salary from DEW and running parallel business. I did not come to know until employee called and told that these people are asking me to transfer my H1. They have even transferred the contract of our consultant. This whole comments are to malign our good work. We have provided training to the SCU students and our own employees. We have collaboration with lots of start up and IOT companies who are using the services of those who attended the training and paying. All who hired them are very well aware that they were in training as those industry leaders were part of teaching them so there is no issue of fake. More over, I do not involve in placing mobile, IOT. we have a separate department for Mobile initiative and we have lots of SOW project to do as a turnkey where we do not require to submit resume to anyone.

Pros

great pay and decent benefits. great exposure to the role for a entry level position

Cons

only hire contractros and the ccompetition to get hired directly by the contracting company is intense. The contracting company also doesnt pay as well as the contractor company does.

Pros

The contract role is interesting and the people at the client company are nice, that’s the only positive thing Dew did, was connect me with them. And I have health insurance, another pro.

Cons

Shady and clueless. I had no idea who they were, had to look them up to make sure they were legit. They submitted my resume after I expressly said do not, I have never signed or agreed to their “Right to Represent”…I never actually spoke to the recruiter, it was all very transactional via email. They don’t care about you as a person/employee at all, they’re just a “body shop” and you’re an asset. I resent that this incredibly lame recruiter is getting a commission for literally doing nothing but sending a resume. This same recruiter has no experience recruiting for my vertical yet was telling me how to prepare for my interviews. Laughable. They also wanted to reduce my hourly rate (after I’d signed the contract) because I was opting in to insurance, separate/in addition to me paying my monthly insurance premiums. Huh? What? I don’t think so… They haven’t once contacted me since starting the assignment to check in. I have shared my thoughts with the client about how awful Dew is from a contractor perspective and that if they want the right kind of candidates in the future, they shouldn’t use Dew.
