      Pros

      Great atmosphere and people. Love it! A bit old school, but that is part of the charm. A lot is expected of you, and praise is heaped on when things done correctly. i stay because of Our CEO, COO and CIO. Three Awesome People

      Cons

      A bit too strict... especially dress code. Also it seems a bit "good Ol' Boyish" Not too sure of the advancement either.

      This company has a great culture. They have managed to achieve a family feel despite being spread across 60 office locations, which is no easy task!

      Great collaborative environment Lots of different projects to work on and get experience in Strong Work Culture with a healthy life balance

      Cons

      Very fast-paced, making it difficult to start new roles, especially if you do not have someone in the role to guide you
