Pros
The benefits and salary were good. They paid for a lot of training and gave cash bonuses for certification. They also have an awesome referral bonus for recommending new hires.
Cons
I tried to get another job within the company and I interviewed for several, and none of them ever worked out. I felt as if I was going to be stuck in the call center. I think they've since moved on for that contract.
