Pros

once you get a hang of the work, it turns into muscle memory fellow employees make the stress tolerable. paid vacation after a year. insurance and 401k. summer is crazy but winter is really calm. it evens itself out . typical office hours m-f 8 - 5. weekends off and holidays off.

Cons

the amount of pay is not worth the stress. office personal have more work thrown on them then what their job descriptions are. THEY WILL NOT UPDATE ORACLE. they are too far behind in time when it comes to technology . sometimes it feels like working with kindergarten kids. They should not pre-bill, 25% of the time it works. Majority of the time customer can not wrap their minds about it . They do fishy things that many people would look down upon., however I would like to keep my job so I will not explain that further. Training is a bare minimum. They have a tendency to throw the new employee to the wolves.

Pros

Easy job if you can handle the swings from management in this company. Expect new upper management every year and new lower management on a regular basis

Cons

A lot of time is wasted by meetings, office talk. Commissions is how to make money, a lot of customers will cancel because of office/ company issues you can’t control
