Pros

Plenty of opportunities for training and development. Good pay. Great culture. Work hard/Play hard mentality to the company, with plenty of company outings and events.

Cons

Dewpoint has contracts with many different other organizations, and you will likely need to travel to several different ones over the course of your tenure. Not necessarily a con, but just something to be prepared for.
