The sales and technical support leadership is a joke - it's frat house with who you know getting you where you want to go. Merit is not based on hard work. Supervisors and Managers regularly come to work drunk, hungover, disappearing for hours to have 'meetings' at Green Flash brewery, while the others toil away to keep metrics up. The phony 'Director', a constant smile on the face with a knife behind the back, is so deficient in their knowledge that they are about to crack any second. Then screaming and irrational when no one is looking. I have never worked at a place that provided such a great product, but rewarded only lazy people for their ignorance. And don't even get into racism and discrimination because that boils over and it is swept under the rug.The supervisors are talked so badly behind their backs but greeted with a smile each day and they keep eating it up like they are respected. But hey, if you are a drunk, womanizing, lazy male, you will be successful and do not have to work much at all.
