Pros
Aside from having a great culture towards employees, Dexcom also showcase its concern to their employee by giving as a fun and conducive place to work with. Tables and chairs are designed ergonomically, the building is constructed as work of the art structure. They also provide competitive compensation and benefits towards their employees.
Cons
As this company was newly built in the Philippines from the U.S late of 2018, there are gray areas in terms of the process. However, the leaders and other employees are doing their best to come up with an easy way to handle the workload and to better serve its customers.
