      Pros

      I’ve been with Dexian for 2 years 3 months, and what stands out most to me is the company’s commitment to creating a positive and supportive work environment. The leadership team is transparent and genuinely listens to feedback. They emphasis on work-life balance, and flexibility is a big plus, especially with the option for remote work. The opportunities for professional growth is good. Dexian invests in employee development through workshops, training, and mentorship programs. I’ve personally been able to take on new responsibilities, and I feel like my work is valued. The team culture here is fantastic—collaborative, open, and respectful. It’s easy to get along with colleagues, and we work together, share our goals, feedback, success, failures. Management is very supportive and frequently acknowledges employees’ efforts and achievements through Awards, Recognition's, Parties, etc.

      Cons

      While the company is growing rapidly, sometimes it feels like certain processes or systems could be more streamlined. However, leadership is actively addressing this, and I’m optimistic that things will improve over time. Additionally, like many companies, there can be periods of high workload, but it's never to the point where it feels unsustainable. The company tries to manage this by offering good vacation policies and flexible hours.

      Pros

      Dexian helped me get a good contract job in my city. They check in on me regularly and have been great to work with.

      Cons

      No real problem. Could probably use more conversations about the contract and how long it might go and/or other opportunities.

      Pros

      Nice training program, much needed with 60 percent turnover

      Cons

      Anyone with much seniority has been let go or quit. Turnover is unlike anything I have seen before. For a company that says it's slogan is "in the business for good"....def does not apply to the employees since you just fired 40 most of which were in leadership positions and had helped build the company and the many many many mergers and acquisitions. In the business for good should have a side note and say in the business for good especially if you are friends with the bosses kids and play your politics right.... You wont get old here with this company so in the business for good for maybe 3 years max is new slogan.
