      Worst company for anyone but especially for freshers - Talent Acquisition Specialist Dexian Employee Review

      They are really good at gaslighting and making you feel like you are the problem and not looking internally at the process that they follow

      Cons

      If you are sick they'll make sure you have to work sure they have leaves but they won't approve the leaves, by mistake of you join make sure you don't have a female manager - they will make your life hell. People steal your work and candidates and fight the more you stay here the more toxic the work place gets New joiners leave the organisation with in 6 months Best decision would be to be unemployed rather joining here.

      Nice training program, much needed with 60 percent turnover

      Cons

      Anyone with much seniority has been let go or quit. Turnover is unlike anything I have seen before. For a company that says it's slogan is "in the business for good"....def does not apply to the employees since you just fired 40 most of which were in leadership positions and had helped build the company and the many many many mergers and acquisitions. In the business for good should have a side note and say in the business for good especially if you are friends with the bosses kids and play your politics right.... You wont get old here with this company so in the business for good for maybe 3 years max is new slogan.
