Pros

Timely salary and extended shifts without OT.

Cons

Regressive and unethical work environment. Management is very rude and unprofessional and can fire you upon a single instance, The upper management is run by a bunch of undeserving and misbehaved fellows. women safety is another big challenge here as they come with a very narrow school of thought. They will make you work for straight 12-13 hours and on a single "no" to their module can lead to a straight termination. you will get regular threat of not getting your background check clear if you leave the org out of their will. It's a TRAP!

Pros

I've had a great experience at Dexian. The culture is one of the company's biggest strengths—people are supportive, collaborative, and genuinely invested in each other's success. Leadership encourages innovation, professional growth, and open communication, creating an environment where employees feel valued and empowered. It's a fast-paced organization with talented teams that work together to deliver results while maintaining a positive and engaging workplace. Pros - Strong culture, supportive leadership, career growth opportunities, collaborative teams.

Pros

Nice training program, much needed with 60 percent turnover

Cons

Anyone with much seniority has been let go or quit. Turnover is unlike anything I have seen before. For a company that says it's slogan is "in the business for good"....def does not apply to the employees since you just fired 40 most of which were in leadership positions and had helped build the company and the many many many mergers and acquisitions. In the business for good should have a side note and say in the business for good especially if you are friends with the bosses kids and play your politics right.... You wont get old here with this company so in the business for good for maybe 3 years max is new slogan.
