Pros

New exciting company seeing a lot of growth, and quickly. With potential to see a lot of different elements of government contracting work.

Cons

The benefits are decent with lots of perks (snacks, gym reimbursement) but it seems to compensate for low salaries. Company facing some growing pains and processes can sometimes be rocky.
