Pros

Pretty easy to get hired.

Cons

The pay is poor and you are maxed out very quickly at a low rate. They treat you like a child instead of an adult who is being paid to work. Retaliation rates are high if you are not in the inner circle. Discrimination is rampant in El Reno location. Management has little working knowledge of things. Instead of working to make the environment better or help the employees, they are always looking for ways to belittle and keep you under their thumb. Management creates stress when there is none. Lack of proper processes and procedures that are helpful to being efficient and productive. Points system is ridiculous when there is no time allotted for sick time, etc.

Pros

- Strong exposure to executive-level meetings and strategic decision-making, giving interns meaningful insight into how business priorities are shaped. - Highly collaborative culture across teams and functions, with opportunities to work closely with marketing, sales, product, and other business areas. - Supportive environment that trusts interns with ownership, encourages professional growth, and provides a good balance of independence and guidance. - Open-minded leadership and teams that are receptive to new ideas and value fresh perspectives. - Flexible scheduling and meaningful project work that support both work-life balance and practical MBA-level learning.

Cons

Corporate HQ location may not be ideal, however remote work flexibility helps offset this.
