Pros

Great benefits, great staff usually, lots of work

Cons

Poor pay (always postpones annual reviews) Poor management and lack of consistency in discipline Poor communication to employees Poor attendance system No overtime, unless forced. Schedule remains inconsistent on a weekly basis and sometimes more than twice the amount of work you can fit into your schedule is expected because the high turnover, but you get in trouble for going over 40 hours. Lack of future growth within company, internal management says no one should be here for more than 2-3 years, so they expect you to move on. Disgusting molded floors with holes in them in the office area that rugs are thrown over. Disgusting bathrooms Most of the lighting is out Management is lazy High turnover and constant layoffs if you are a temp worker or someone they want to get rid of

Cons

Corporate HQ location may not be ideal, however remote work flexibility helps offset this.
