Pros

There are no pros to write because this company never knows what is going on. Management is getting paid big money to be walking losers.

Cons

This company will screw you over royally. Will fire you even if you are a good worker to them and will tell you that you are right before they fire you. You will never know job security here. Will approve you for a 90 day review and raise, 8 months later and you have to ask or they will push it under the rug. Never even got the raise, they were too lazy and then fired their HR lady and never told the new one how to do things. Management is never on the same page and dont even think about bringing in a doctors note if you are sick because they dont care and will still point you for it. Management has been seen Physically threatening lower employees in broad dalight and Dexter still has the balls to call themselves a "family" Save your time and energy and mental health and avoid this lawsuit at all costs.

Cons

Corporate HQ location may not be ideal, however remote work flexibility helps offset this.
