Pros

It's a job and pays decent. They will give you a shot at work if you have a past, but will treat you bad because they know that.

Cons

This company is stuck in the 1950's and treats it's employees like slave labor almost. They don't have sick time and are very strict with the employees on their time. However, they don't always stick to the work hours, but want to penalize you if you are late or need to leave before they say, even if it is after the agreed upon work hours. It is almost like a grade school. They don't want you to go to your car on break and watch you like a hawk. They pay is average and they only have bonus for a few people. The environment is very high school-ish. They need to increase the pay and do away with a LOT of the micro-managing that they do. In addition, you wait a whole year to get ONE week of vacation and don't get another until 3 years later. The pay at another location in another state is significantly higher for the same position. They cannot keep good employees because of their "rules". It is not a fun place to work, but it's work.

Cons

Corporate HQ location may not be ideal, however remote work flexibility helps offset this.
