Dexter Systems Inc is a meritorious place to sharpen the existing skills and learn new skills in a very scholarly environment. I have been working at Dexter System Inc for 4 years before moving on. The great thing about this organization is the CEO, managers (Onshore and offshore) and marketing team incredible. CEO is approachable, friendly, honest, helpful and easy to communicate with. The HR and Accounts staff are awesome at this organization. I was looking to pursue the opportunities in the USA Dexter understood my interest in Business Analyst and trained me professionally in BA Tools. I was placed into multiple projects with the great support of marketing team from offshore (India).Dexter systems they work only with direct clients and Prime vendors. Managers are readily available to address any questions you have and to provide the right documents when requested. The pay rate here is very competitive and payments are made in a timely manner. They have an excellent health insurance when compared to the other companies. All petitions are filed on your behalf and they have a very good immigration team. The paperwork provided is spot on related to immigration. All and all I had great experience working with Dexter Systems which built a strong foundation to my career.
