Horrible organization, over work people and no respect - Manager Dexterra Employee Review

You are nothing more than a number. Zero opportunities for professional development. Company will work staff to the point of break downs. Unable to take holidays and shut a phone off. No work life balance. No internal resources for assistance. If you need anything including support it’s in document form with no people to assist. Broken promises. Middle management and up lack diversity and representation. It’s unfortunate it used to be a great company. Now it’s horrible and broken.
