This means opportunities for growth and advancement are limitless. As anything "NEW" however there are opportunities for improvement. Because in part Dexterra Group has grown through acquisitions the culture is still evolving. Yes, each of the companies under the Dexterra Group banner has its own culture but it will take time for everyone to align with the same values and ways of doing things. As much as that is a challenge it is also an opportunity for you to leave your mark.
