Having just completed our salaried "Top Talent" review for 2023, 20.9% of employees on that list are racialized individuals and 86% identify with at least 1 of 4 main diversity groups. 20% of people promoted in that group are racialized and 71% are diverse. Given these numbers I am not sure if being racialized was the reason for lack of growth in this case, but it is something I will look into.
