Pros

Good benefits if they keep you around long enough

Cons

The first winter season I worked alone or with one other. When I got another job offer they promoted me and gave me a pay rise. I worked for them for just over a year, seeing 6 other colleagues come and go in that time. Within 2 days of coming back from a months parental leave they gave me a 'Termination without Cause' and 2 weeks notice. They said they had to make budget cuts and that 'nobody's job was safe', despite hiring two more workers in my absence. Their decision didn't make sense and came at a very bad time for me. HR never got back to me. Very poor management. It's little wonder it's a revolving door at that place.
