Pros

Benefits are good, the work is interesting (when not dealing with legacy code) and they adopt the newest technologies available.

Cons

Sometimes they are too democratic, on my opinion, and this leads to a lack of direction form the higher management as people decide on most aspects of the business. There is innovation on technology but they struggle to train/lead people on the business aspects of innovation.

Decent pay, excellent benefits, upper management is approachable for the most part. They have been very good to me.

Cons

No security. Not much of a chance for promotions or pay increases. Typical contractor woes.
