So many to list. #1 problem is the CEO. This company is going to fail because of this conceited man. He only hires people who will do whatever he wants. Even if it is illegal. The surrounding peers and others have a bad perception of this company and the CEO. They do not give employees what they need to perform their jobs. They manage with fear.
