Incompetent leadership that exhibits petty behavior. Everyone is afraid to loose their job. Many locations are in under resourced communities with lack of job opportunities so employees put up with poor treatment due to impoverished mindset. Disorganized company beyond repair highly unethical practices and narcissistic CEO. Archaic methods of practicing dialysis, limited flexibility and innovation within corporate structures. Hires anyone due to continuous turn over of employees. EMR is atrocious and consistently looses information not to mention fails to store things accurately. However you will be blamed for that instead of acknowledging the incompetence of the EMR system look up GAIA system and see its reviews. They hire incompetent MDs that haven’t even passed their board exam or possess accurate knowledge of PD, HD, or HHD processes. I use to feel so bad for the patients that I served because I knew that they were getting horrible care with this organization. The end goal of the CEO is to sell this company to a major Dialysis company and make profit. I have never written a bad review of an organization but this place is not were you need to provide your talents. Look else where.
