Pros
Everyone is so friendly and hardworking at DCC!
Working here makes me feel like I'm part of a big family.
Another pro to being here is that I help out a lot of different departments which can be cool when you like to have something different to do every day.
Cons
It can get very busy on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays when the doctors are in the corporate office, which can be stressful depending on the work load.
Sick days are included in PTO.
Have to use PTO for holidays.
