Pros

Will give you flexibility if you push for it. Bonuses are favorable. Location is out of the way of traffic if you live in NW OKC area. Close to mall and lunch places. Used to have free lunch Wednesdays; not sure if they are still doing that or not.

Cons

Bosses are not very family friendly. The Controller is very critical and demanding. Will push you to work 50 hours a week unless you put your foot down. Small company without a lot of structure. Has had many rounds of layoffs going from 150 employees down to 50. Uses layoffs as an excuse to fire people the controller and CFO don't like and then turns around and hires people for the same positions. Salaries are low compared to downtown competitors. They are not very involved in the community.

Pros

Insurance is paid for. Half day Fridays. Some WFH flexibility.

Cons

The accounting culture in OKC is toxic. Upper management micro manages and talks down to employees. The company grew very fast but it doesn't seem like anyone at the top has worked for a large company. If you aren't part of the "it" crowd there is no career development.
