      Pros

      The salaries are very nice, and that is about all they have going for them. They'll do a great jopb of attracting guy who are looking to simply fatten their wallet before retirement, and young greedy kids who don't know any better.

      Cons

      Zero career path. If you want to make some quick money and get out, this place is for you. Otherwise, pass. I would not leave any equity and long term opportunity to come here, because there is no direction for you once you arrive. The company is so small and disorganized that there is nowhere to go. Great place to stall out a promising career.

      Pros

      Insurance is paid for. Half day Fridays. Some WFH flexibility.

      Cons

      The accounting culture in OKC is toxic. Upper management micro manages and talks down to employees. The company grew very fast but it doesn't seem like anyone at the top has worked for a large company. If you aren't part of the "it" crowd there is no career development.
