      Pros

      IT Management is fantastic and continually wants to grow the stack. They're continually open to new ideas and technologies. Upper management listens to employee's concerns and there's always an open dialogue. WLB is good. There is an on-call rotation but you get a lot of support from the other members of the team when something does fail.

      Cons

      Hard to find any really.

      Pros

      Insurance is paid for. Half day Fridays. Some WFH flexibility.

      Cons

      The accounting culture in OKC is toxic. Upper management micro manages and talks down to employees. The company grew very fast but it doesn't seem like anyone at the top has worked for a large company. If you aren't part of the "it" crowd there is no career development.
