      Pros

      They give you the opportunity to grow and learn! Everything is very boss-dependent and I've always had great bosses. I enjoy what I do and what I've learned.

      Cons

      Constant accquistions can and do get tiring but that's the nature in a buy or be-bought E&P world.

      Pros

      Insurance is paid for. Half day Fridays. Some WFH flexibility.

      Cons

      The accounting culture in OKC is toxic. Upper management micro manages and talks down to employees. The company grew very fast but it doesn't seem like anyone at the top has worked for a large company. If you aren't part of the "it" crowd there is no career development.
