My manager was always looking for ways to help me move into higher level roles and was excited for me when earned a promotion into a management role. Do you believe you are worth more than you are paid? At Diedre Moire you control how much you make, you work hard you earn more. It would be a disservice to the company if I didn't mention the camaraderie that occurs within the office, everyone not only gets along great but also support and are each other’s biggest coaches/fans.

In my office there is only one window and my back is to it, sunny days during the summer I just want to feel the sun! Also the office can be a little cool in the winter time, nothing a nice sweater can't fix though. Really the only con with this position is that you have to dedicate a lot of time, this could mean 10-12 hour days however the more time and energy you put in the more money you make. I think it’s a pretty good trade off.
