A young e-commerce agency with a terrific work culture and office space. Comfortable work stations, standing desks, ergonomic chairs & monitor stands. Flex hours & the ability to work from home. The company is open to feedback and improvements from the staff. There is a sense that the company is run for the employees & their well being. Opportunities to travel

Worked with great people, and nice company perks were offered.

Cons

Teams across the company are very siloed, and management is disorganized. Communication is broken - often found out about company changes in weird, roundabout ways. Because of lack of communication, I felt my role and contributions were undervalued.
