Relaxed Work environment. Employer that care about its employee and their input. Nice Ambiance. Open Space environment. Able to work from home if you are sick.

Cons

None so far. Definitively one of the most pleasant jobs I had.

Pros

Worked with great people, and nice company perks were offered.

Cons

Teams across the company are very siloed, and management is disorganized. Communication is broken - often found out about company changes in weird, roundabout ways. Because of lack of communication, I felt my role and contributions were undervalued.
