Pros
Culture is friendly and encouraging. Benefits are great. Yoga twice a week, bootcamp and Brasilian JiuJitsu, free gym included. Downtown location is very accessible. They hire thoughtful and knowledgeable tech leads, place a high value on good onboarding, and it's just the right size that you can know everybody by name. The general atmosphere is jolly. They recently invested in a bigger office, which was a gamble that I think is going to pay off. Diff is a company that seems to always be thinking about how to be a great place to work. I would want friends to work here.
Cons
It's agency work- you'll be context switching a lot and logging every unit of time you spend on each task. It can be grating at times. It helps that everybody's in the same boat, and you can commiserate easily.
