Friendly environment, it is the people and culture that make the biggest difference for me. Everyone is so friendly and willing to help, there's always someone that I can lean on to get through things. The company is mid-sized (about 100 employees), and has grown so much in the last few years. Processes and structure haven't caught up with the growth, but that is just part of the fun, to be part of an evolving company that looks out for the best for their employees and clients. The projects are exciting for me and varied which keeps things interesting.

Cons

Working for a software consulting company means that you have to log your time on client accounts, which is a small annoyance, but is how our clients pay our company.

Worked with great people, and nice company perks were offered.

Cons

Teams across the company are very siloed, and management is disorganized. Communication is broken - often found out about company changes in weird, roundabout ways. Because of lack of communication, I felt my role and contributions were undervalued.
