It was a conducive environment to work in both as in-office or remote with a special attention for career growth and development of all staffs . Diff Technology Services was a good place to work for me and i will encourage any candidate who is interested in self development and career growth to join the company.

Cons

Mostly requires you to work in-office with little remote hours allocated. Also, requires you to work under pressure frequently.

Pros

Worked with great people, and nice company perks were offered.

Cons

Teams across the company are very siloed, and management is disorganized. Communication is broken - often found out about company changes in weird, roundabout ways. Because of lack of communication, I felt my role and contributions were undervalued.
