Pros
It's generally what you would expect for agency work. But most people are nice. I can't say I'd recommend it to anyone but for an agency it's not too bad. They're open to discussing things and most people are very helpful. If it's the kind of work you want to do, it's alright.
Cons
- Low salary - Expect logging your hours (as with most agencies) - Very siloed and if you're hoping to move to something else, it's pretty much off limits and they really let you know - Management was chaotic (but they try and improve things at least) - At some point they changed policies regarding hours, and that affected how many hours you had to log (if it wasn't written down in your contract)
